Snow Days – done (hopefully)
Grade 7 Pizza sales have been very successful…. next up Cookie Sale this Thursday. Thank you for your on going support of our grade 7 camp fundraising efforts!
Valentine’s Day was fun with students and staff wearing red to celebrate Friendship Day!
Pink Shirt Day
The National Bullying Stops Here Event is happening on: Wednesday, February 22, 2017. Anti-Bullying Day evolved from an incident when a boy was verbally abused by his peers for wearing pink. Two grade 12 students stepped in to protect him. By wearing PINK, these students let the others know that there is no place for bullying. We encourage all students at TE Scott to wear PINK on Wednesday, February 22nd and show their commitment by saying “NO” to all forms of Bullying everyday! Our Kindergarten to grade 3 students will show their anti bullying spirit at our morning assembly. Thanks to a grant by CKNW, Frank Hurt is able to host an assembly about kindness with an anti-bullying message on Pink Shirt Day called ‘KINDNESS ROCKS’ and we have been invited so… all of our grade 4 – 7 will be travelling by bus to Frank Hurt Secondary to watch and participate in this high energy performance.
Lucky us… Thank you Frank Hurt
Science Fair is coming to TE Scott…

The finalists from each class will be given the opportunity to have their projects judged on Friday, February 24th between recess and lunch in our gym. Everyone is welcome to come out view these projects, please join us on Friday.
