TE Scott Terry Fox Event

Our Terry Fox Event is happening this Friday, September 30rd starting at 1pm. We will be running/walking at TE Scott Park across the street from our school. This is a school-wide event. All students will be participating rain or shine! Donations for the Terry Fox Foundation will be gratefully accepted. We are asking each child to bring a “Toonie for Terry” If you would like to donate more … Cheques can be made out to “The Terry Fox Foundation.”
Keep your fingers crossed for continued good weather. All parents/family are encouraged to join us. Special Thank You to Ms. Singhera and her enthusiastic committee for organizing this event!

NEW at TE Scott … West Coast Recess!
|All students will get fresh air and physical activity daily during our morning 15 minute recess, even in wet weather. Please make sure your child is dressed appropriately for whatever Mother Nature may have for us every day! In more inclement weather we may hold indoor recess at the lunch period. We encourage students to have a dry change of socks, shoes and pants at school.
Meet the Teacher/Country Dance October 6th
Once again this year we will be combining our Meet the Teacher Event with our Annual Country Dance. Please come with your children and check out their classroom and meet their teachers.
Thursday, October 6th:
Meet the Teacher drop in between 5 – 6pm
Country Dancing will begin in our gym at 6pm and go ‘til 7pm!
****Find your Cowboy Boots! Dust off your Cowboy Hat and mosey on down to TE Scott for some country dancing!
All Parents play a significant role in our school.
Our TE Scott PAC works very hard and contributes to student learning at our school in many valuable ways. Please come out and hear how you can be involved with our PAC. Everyone is welcome!
